Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required and nothing is charged during the trial.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from Billing → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
- After expiry your account becomes view-only — you can still access and download your existing data.
Refunds
- If you were charged in error (duplicate payment, technical failure where service was not delivered), write to us within 7 days — we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.
- Partial-period refunds for change of mind are not provided; the trial exists so you can evaluate fully before paying.
- If we permanently discontinue the service, unused paid periods are refunded pro-rata.
