FilingDost

Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 July 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms govern your use of FilingDost (filingdost.com). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

FilingDost is software that helps businesses create invoices, track GST and compliance, and collaborate with Chartered Accountant firms. We are a tool, not a tax advisor or the issuer of your documents. Invoices, returns and filings generated using FilingDost are issued by you (or your CA) and their accuracy, legality and tax treatment remain your responsibility.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18+ and provide accurate details including a valid mobile number and verified email.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials confidential and enable 2FA where available.
  • One free trial per account/business. Attempting to obtain repeated trials is a breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use — including creating false, backdated or fraudulent invoices or GST documents.
  • No attempts to breach security, scrape, overload, or resell the service without written permission.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with data handled per our Privacy Policy.

4. Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay in advance (monthly or annual). Plan features and limits are described on the Pricing page. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Sharing with a CA firm happens only on your explicit action and within your sharing controls.

6. Availability and liability

We target high availability but the service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for penalties arising from the content of documents you create.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights.
